iMail
is an intelligent automatic
email system which is able to send daily report files to a list of
users. It perform a check in the system for report files and attach
the files it to specific users.
Another feature of iMail is
the ability to add, delete, edit or view user email address. Only
users with high security level have the authorization to change user
information. Beside, it allow user to choose whether they want to
have a copy of report being sent to them. Users also have this
option whereby iMail can send the attached file to multiple or
single recipient (s).
iMail provide security measure to avoid any misuse of this
system. It has a log page for you to keep a record of sent / unsent
email.
