  Real-Time and Historical Trend is a useful tool for user to monitor the current and past equipment status and facilities environment. By using this tool, user could easily trace and analyze an equipment failure or abnormal condition. Thus it makes trouble-shooting more efficient and effective. It also provides the user the information to devise a preventive maintenance plan before a failure occurs.
  
  
  Reports
  Basically there are two standard reporting available in DC-FMS, Real-Time Reporting and Monthly Reports.

  Real-Time Reporting will send an alarm message to the alarm message screen or to a printer; whenever an alarm occurs. The alarm can be an abnormal condition or an equipment malfunction.This will then alert the operation that there us a fault in the Data Centre and need immediate attention.

  
  
  Monthly Report consists of the Data Centre equipment or Environmental Conditions summary such as run-time or temperature fluctuation.This report can be used as a Service Maintenance Report for the Technician.These reports can be scheduled to print automatically on certain day of the month or adhoc basis.
