ISEP was set up in 1998 by a group of enterprising engineers. Since our establishment, ISEP had grown from a small process automation integrator to become a total solution provider.

In 2002, ISEP established our own brand TAIKO, a manufacturer of industrial communication products. TAIKO which mean Big Drum in Chinese addresses the company’s vision to provide “LOUD and CLEAR communication” in the field of industrial solutions.

With TAIKO and strategic alliances with various popular brands such as Labjack, Procentec, Tiepie,Topview, Deutschmann, Gonnheimmer, Qunitex, GM International and Warom, ISEP established herself as a reliable solution provider to many sectors. Our customer base covers various industries; namely Utility, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, and Defence addressing requirements in Process Automation, Factory Automation and Building Automation.

From a workforce of 15 members, our staff had now grown to 32 staff with specialists in various fields such as hardware design, software programming, driver development, production control etc.

Our pool of experienced staff is our key asset and competitive advantage to meet the increasing demands of our customers. We aimed to be among the top three manufacturers of industrial communications and networks products in Asia in the coming years.
